    Renting with Facilitrip allows you to:

    2. Select your dates and delivery location

    3. We deliver your gear clean and ready to use

    4. We pick everything up at the end of your stay

    If you need help at any point, our concierge service is always available.

  • In many cases, yes — especially for vacation homes or non-Disney hotels, so we can ensure everything is set correctly.

    For some locations, we may be able to coordinate delivery with the front desk or leave the items at your door, depending on property policies.

    If plans change or you’re running late, just text us — we’re flexible whenever possible.

Delivery & Locations

  • We deliver and pick up baby gear directly at:

    • Hotels & resorts

    • Airbnbs & vacation homes

    • Orlando, Disney, Davenport & Kissimmee areas

    If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, just reach out — we’re happy to confirm.

  • We primarily deliver to accommodations such as hotels, resorts, and vacation homes.

    We do not deliver directly to Orlando International Airport (MCO) or inside theme parks.

    If you have a special request, contact us in advance — limited exceptions may be available depending on schedule and location.

  • We offer scheduled delivery windows throughout the day, shown clearly during checkout.

    If you need a special delivery time, please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability.

Reservations, Changes & Payments

    Our most popular items book quickly, but last-minute rentals may be available based on inventory.

    • Delivery or pick-up times

    • Rental duration

    • Delivery location

    All changes are subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

  • All payments are processed securely online at the time of booking.

    We accept major credit and debit cards.

    Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

Damage, Insurance & Policies

  • We offer an optional Damage & Theft Insurance during checkout for added peace of mind.

    • Covers accidental damage or theft during your rental period

    • Without insurance, replacement fees may apply based on the item’s value

    Full details are outlined in your rental agreement.

    • Full refund for cancellations made 48 hours or more before delivery

    • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a minimum rental fee

    We always recommend reaching out as soon as possible if plans change.
