RENTAL AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

Facilitrip Orlando – Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you, the Client, and Facilitrip USA LLC (“Facilitrip”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Facilitrip remains the sole owner of all rental equipment.

By completing your reservation and/or accepting delivery of rental items, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Reservation & Payment

  • Reservations may be paid in full at checkout or through our “Pay Later” option.

  • For Pay Later reservations, payment must be completed within 24 hours after receiving the payment link via WhatsApp.

  • Unpaid reservations will be automatically canceled after this period.

  • The Client authorizes Facilitrip to charge the payment method on file for rental fees, extensions, damages, replacement costs, and applicable service fees.

  • A confirmation email will be sent after booking. If not received, the Client must contact Facilitrip.

  • Product models or colors may vary from images shown online.

2. Delivery, Possession & Use

  • Delivery and pick-up are available within our service areas, including Orlando, Kissimmee, Davenport, and Disney-area locations.

  • Delivery may be made to hotels, vacation homes, or approved locations.

  • Complimentary delivery may be offered in select areas; additional fees may apply outside those zones.

  • Delivery and pick-up times are estimated and may vary due to traffic or operational factors.

  • The Client must be available and ensure access at scheduled times.

  • Equipment must be ready for pick-up at the agreed location and time. Delays may result in additional fees.

  • The Client must inspect items upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

  • All equipment must be used only for its intended purpose and according to manufacturer guidelines.

3. Responsibility for Equipment

The Client assumes full responsibility for all items from delivery until pick-up, including:

  • Proper and safe use

  • Supervision of children

  • Protection against damage, loss, or theft

Equipment must not be misused, altered, or used outside intended conditions.

4. Cleaning & Hygiene

All items are professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery using premium, baby-safe products.

Easy Return Cleaning Option

Customers may select the Easy Return Cleaning Option at checkout to avoid post-use cleaning responsibilities.

Condition of Return & Cleaning Fees

If the Easy Return Cleaning Option is not selected, items must be returned in reasonable condition.

A $30 cleaning fee per item may be applied if items are returned excessively dirty, including:

  • Food residue

  • Sand or debris

  • Stains or spills

  • Strong odors

Smoke-Free Policy

All equipment provided by Facilitrip Orlando is strictly smoke-free.

  • Smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, vapes, or any other substances, is strictly prohibited while in possession of rental items.

  • If any item is returned with a smoke odor or residue, a $50 deodorization fee per item will be charged.

This policy is enforced to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for all families.

5. Damage, Loss, Theft & Non-Return

  • The Client is fully responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or non-return of equipment.

  • Full replacement cost may be charged for items not returned within 48 hours of the rental end date.

  • Replacement costs include all parts and accessories (e.g., straps, adapters, covers).

  • Charges may be applied to the payment method on file.

6. Facilitrip Protection Plan (Optional)

  • The Facilitrip Protection Plan is available for purchase prior to delivery.

  • It provides limited coverage for accidental damage under normal use.

This plan does not cover:

  • Loss or theft

  • Items left unattended or unsecured

  • Forgotten or abandoned items (e.g., parks, hotels, transportation)

  • Misuse or intentional damage

  • Use outside intended environments

  • Exceeding manufacturer limits

  • In case of theft or loss, the Client must file a police/security report and notify Facilitrip immediately.

7. Changes, Extensions & Cancellations

  • Changes or extensions must be requested at least 24 hours before delivery.

  • Extensions are subject to availability and additional daily rates.

  • Rescheduling requests made 7+ days in advance may be accommodated without penalty.

  • Late changes may incur administrative fees.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if canceled 48+ hours before delivery

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a minimum rental fee

  • No refunds for early returns or unused rental days

8. Car Seats Disclaimer

  • All car seats meet U.S. safety standards.

  • Facilitrip does not install car seats.

  • Installation is the sole responsibility of the Client.

  • We strongly recommend inspection by a certified technician.

9. Liability Waiver

By renting from Facilitrip, the Client agrees that:

  • All equipment is used at their own risk

  • Facilitrip disclaims all warranties, express or implied

  • Facilitrip is not liable for any injuries, accidents, property damage, loss, or death

  • The Client agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Facilitrip, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims

10. Weather, Delays & Force Majeure

Facilitrip is not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions (including hurricanes or flooding)

  • Traffic or road restrictions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government actions

  • Deliveries/pickups may be rescheduled for safety.

  • Equipment must remain secured until retrieval is possible.

11. Inspection & Additional Charges

All items are inspected upon return.
Any damages, missing parts, excessive wear, or cleaning needs will be charged accordingly.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Facilitrip reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at its discretion, including cases involving:

  • Safety concerns

  • Misuse

  • Suspected fraud

13. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications via email, WhatsApp, or SMS related to your reservation, including delivery updates and support. Message and data rates may apply.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

15. Agreement

By completing your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver.
